Wed–Sat, 5 AM–4 PM. Some Saturdays and most holidays off (advance notice given).
Do you travel?
Yes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Zelle, Square, Cash App, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Do you service children’s hair?
No, we do not service children under 12.
Are children allowed in the salon?
No, unless it’s an emergency.
Do you sell Cambodian hair?
Yes—available in the salon and for order.
Do you sell take-home products?
Yes—Design Essentials serum, edge control, holding spray, satin scarves, mini flat irons, and Cambodian virgin hair.
Is parking free?
Yes.
Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
No, please arrive with unwashed hair.
Are you hiring?
Yes, we offer subleasing for stylists and space rentals (Mon–Wed) for traveling educators.
Do you offer refreshments?
Yes.
How far in advance should I book?
Anytime appointments are available until filled. Cancellations may open earlier slots.
Do first-time clients need a consultation?
Yes, to ensure the best hair care experience.
Do you really start at 5 AM?
Yes 5AM appointments have a $10 upcharge.
